Since our products are handmade and personalized, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll be happy to replace the item or offer a store credit.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier.
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Change of mind after the order has been processed.
